Job Description

The Service Desk Engineer will be the first point of contact for IT issues, working closely with the infrastructure team on projects related to infrastructure, architecture, and security. The role focuses on providing top-notch support, managing devices, automating processes, and assisting with technical onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to end users
  • Manage end user device lifecycle
  • Assist with engineering projects
  • Implement and support enterprise solutions
  • Collaborate on vulnerability remediation
  • Automate repetitive tasks
  • Support new employee onboarding
  • Provide rotational Flex Hours and off-hours support
  • Contribute to policy and process development
  • Provide documentation and instruction

Requirements

  • Customer-facing desktop support experience
  • Experience with enterprise systems (G Suite, Dropbox, Okta, Zoom)
  • Active Directory / Azure AD experience
  • Support experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
  • JAMF, MECM/SCCM or Intune experience
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Service Management experience
