Job Description

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to drive complex engineering projects within SPARC, their first-of-a-kind compact fusion machine. The TPM will be responsible for establishing and executing plans for the engineering, design, and construction of complex process systems, ensuring projects meet budget and timeline parameters.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering projects from inception to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a responsible engineer
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects
• Familiarity with new product introduction programs
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
