Job Description

The Procurement Coordinator supports procurement needs including negotiations, PO issuance, invoice resolution, order follow up, and data analytics. This role involves creating purchase orders, reviewing contracts, identifying suppliers, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders
  • Review and negotiate contract terms
  • Issue requests for quote and analyze responses
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Manage open orders
  • Resolve invoice issues

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years in Procurement or related role
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Exceptional communication skills
