Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the smooth, safe, and orderly movement of materials, inventory, and tooling at the company site in Somerville MA. This role ensures efficient material flow, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials
• Organize material movement
• Maintain staging areas
• Maintain materials and supplies
• Collaborate with teams for material coordination
• Operate material handling equipment
• Receive and stock incoming shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick and verify kits for production
• Enforce safety guidelines
• Correct unsafe conditions
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control or similar
• 2 years of experience with an ERP system
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities for extended periods
• Dedication to safety
