This leadership role manages the supply chain organization, ensuring internal teams have necessary materials and equipment. Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, process optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership. The role requires compliance with Export Control Laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory, and procurement
• Negotiate supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Define material control policies
• Interface with engineering, operations, and manufacturing
• Establish and achieve team KPIs
• Maintain materials and supplies
• Supervise team members
• Ensure accuracy of orders in ERP system
• Ensure compliance with HazMat storage

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years in supply chain
• 3+ years in materials management (manufacturing)
• 3+ years in a management role
• Understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
• Contract negotiation experience
• Process improvement skills
• ERP functionality knowledge
• Strong computer skills (GSuite)
• Problem-solving skills
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Organizational skills and accuracy
