Job Description

The Senior Cost Accountant will support key Accounting and Inventory controls across the organization while being a contributing member of the team handling standard cost management, variance analysis, and inventory valuations. This role requires a goal-oriented team player with strong analytical skills to tackle novel costing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard costs
• Monitor and analyze cost variances
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports
• Conduct variance analysis
• Assist in monitoring and valuing inventory
• Collaborate on process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 7+ years of cost accounting experience
• Experience with inventory in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
