Job Description

Brevo is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience representatives fluent in Portuguese to provide technical support and translate client needs into practical platform use. This role involves managing client tickets, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with the tech team to address bugs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client tickets via email and phone
  • Answer incoming client calls professionally
  • Address client questions and problems promptly
  • Handle challenging customers and escalate complex issues
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Cultivate client relationships and collaborate with the tech team
  • Understand email best practices and Brevo platform tools
  • Develop understanding of email marketing technical aspects

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication in Portuguese and English
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Adaptability to a friendly, professional, and collaborative culture
  • Experience in technical marketing support is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
