Brevo is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience representatives in North America to provide technical support and translate client business needs into practical platform use. The role involves managing client tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve client tickets via email and phone

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Adaptability to a collaborative and professional culture
  • Experience in technical marketing support is a plus
