Job Description

Brevo is seeking a Bilingual Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth in the Americas by serving as a technical expert between market needs, product strategy, and the sales team. This role focuses on closing new business, providing product feedback, and enhancing the sales team's technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to win deals through technical excellence
  • Conduct tailored demonstrations and design solutions for complex integrations
  • Capture and communicate market insights to shape Brevo's product roadmap
  • Maintain a repository of technical objections and feature gaps
  • Develop and deliver enablement content
  • Monitor industry trends and integration ecosystem developments

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)
  • 4+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical foundation in Marketing automation systems, API integrations, and data modeling
  • Knowledge of APIs, authentication methods, and web protocols
  • Ability to partner effectively with Account Executives
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams
  • Proven ability to create technical content
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Degree in engineering or business school with strong technical aptitude
