Forter is seeking a highly organized Campaign Operations Associate to join their Demand Generation team. This role involves planning, building, and executing digital campaigns to drive new business and customer expansion, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, and leveraging AI and automation for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-channel campaign execution
• Collaborate with regional Demand Gen Managers
• Build campaign assets and workflows
• Maintain campaign documentation
• Assist in campaign reporting and analysis
• Coordinate with Creative, Product Marketing, and other teams
• Use AI and automation tools
• Contribute to workflow improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Data analysis skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for efficiency and process improvement
