Job Description

Forter is seeking a Vice President of Market Strategy to lead Product Marketing, Public Relations & Communications, and Creative functions. This role will shape Forter’s market perception, define market expansion, and align the go-to-market organization with customer priorities, requiring experience in both retail/merchandise and B2B SaaS, particularly in identity management or fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Own Forter’s market positioning, narrative, and brand identity
  • Drive long-range market strategy and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Orchestrate go-to-market strategy across functions
  • Empower the Sales organization with messaging and enablement materials
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire product marketing, communications, and creative teams
  • Act as a key cross-functional leader bringing market insights
  • Execute strategic development and planning

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in retail and B2B marketing
  • Experience in enterprise-level apparel, accessories, beauty, or retail
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (identity management or fraud prevention)
  • Track record of driving organic pipeline growth
  • Cross-functional leadership skills
  • Storytelling ability for C-suite buyers
