Job Description

Turquoise Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist to manage and support the company's internal technology ecosystem. This fully remote role involves providing user support, managing IT assets, contributing to IT strategy, and ensuring a seamless tech environment for employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Manage laptop maintenance and repairs
• Handle password resets and account unlocks
• Deliver internal tool training
• Draft and maintain IT policies and documentation
• Contribute to IT roadmapping and technology strategy
• Research emerging tools and technologies
• Manage IT asset inventory
• Oversee software license usage
• Lead software deployments
• Develop and maintain automation workflows
• Coordinate AV equipment for events
• Provide on-site/remote event support

Requirements

• 1-3+ years in IT Support, Systems Admin, or related role
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Mac/Windows, SaaS)
• Experience with device management tools (Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Kandji)
• Knowledge of identity and access management
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
