Job Description

The Director of Contracting Product will lead the vision and execution of the Clear Contracts product platform for payers, providers, and employers. This role requires expertise in back-office healthcare and reimbursement processes, with a focus on incorporating AI and Machine Learning to improve SaaS platform functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B SaaS product leadership background and a passion for solving complex problems in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Own the product roadmap and ship features
• Create and evaluate business cases
• Define product vision for AI-enabled contracting infrastructure
• Design scalable workflows for contract automation
• Apply healthcare expertise to AI model training
• Collaborate with AI engineers to refine models
• Ensure AI model performance and UX meet high standards
• Drive adoption and iterate based on user feedback
• Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare contracting
• Learn from customers and industry trends
• Develop and communicate product vision
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
• Deep Managed Care and revenue cycle expertise
• Experience managing a team and cross-functional relationships
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong systems-level thinking aptitude
• Track record of owning and executing B2B product development with AI/ML
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency with legal and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
