Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Specialist I, Partnership Support to provide excellent support to Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients. This remote position requires a Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST work shift and involves answering calls, chats, and emails, collaborating with other teams, and resolving bugs and billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Answering live calls, chats and emails
• Collaborating with other teams
• Working with RCM and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Participating in QA and accepting feedback

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
• 2+ years of customer support experience (healthcare billing a plus)
• 1+ year of experience with phone, chat, and email support
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change
• High attention to detail
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and consultative attitude
• Intermediate technical understanding
• Experience with databases and multiple tools
