Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior/Staff Content Designer to create clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product experiences for both client and provider products. This role involves leading content strategy, crafting value propositions, writing UI copy, and shaping content systems to translate complex healthcare concepts into accessible language.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy for core products and features
• Craft compelling value propositions
• Write product content across all fidelities
• Shape and evolve content systems and style guidelines
• Audit content for inclusivity and clarity
• Translate healthcare jargon into approachable language
• Work in Figma and product prototypes
• Drive cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• 6+ years of content design/UX writing experience
• In-house product experience required
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Superior communication and storytelling skills
• Expertise in UX writing and content strategy
• Research fluency
• Comfort with Figma and prototyping tools
• Business orientation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Portfolio required
