Grow Therapy is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Match Success team in delivering high-quality software for their mental health marketplace. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, prioritizing projects, improving engineering efficiency, and mentoring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and data leaders
• Prioritize projects and balance development with technical debt reduction
• Improve engineering efficiency and best practices
• Coach and mentor engineering managers
• Solve cross-engineering challenges

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a people manager
• 3+ years of experience as a Director
• Strong technical background as a software engineer
• Experience building cross-functional relationships
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
