Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their Platform team, focused on building an internal developer platform to enhance engineering productivity and scalability. The role involves tackling challenges in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling, with a focus on improving development speed, reliability, and scalability for their mental healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Kubernetes-based internal developer platform
• Automate cluster and infrastructure management
• Implement progressive delivery and multi-stage deployment pipelines
• Create self-service application lifecycle workflows
• Develop application infrastructure abstractions
• Lead projects within large-scale initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in infrastructure/platform projects
• Deep experience automating cloud infrastructure on AWS (Terraform/Crossplane)
• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters (EKS)
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, Typescript)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts
• Linux terminal proficiency
• Impact-oriented and self-starting
• Adaptable and collaborative
