Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy a scalable search ranking algorithm to improve the matching experience between clients and providers. The engineer will collaborate with data scientists, implement machine learning models, and maintain data pipelines to continuously improve the search algorithm.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a scalable search ranking algorithm
• Collaborate with data scientists to extract relevant features
• Implement machine learning models for search ranking
• Develop and maintain data pipelines
• A/B testing design and analysis

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying ML models in search ranking or recommendation systems
• 5+ years of experience as a ML engineer or Data Scientist
• Experience building algorithms from 0->1
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• Proficiency in working with large datasets
• Knowledge of information retrieval and ranking algorithms
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices
