Grow Therapy is seeking a Software Engineer to evolve their foundational billing systems, critical to the success of their business model. The role involves designing and evolving scalable backend systems, writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions, and proactively resolving system reliability risks.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable backend systems
• Write high-quality, maintainable code

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience
• Systems thinking skills
• Strong expertise in backend languages (Python preferred)
• Experience with data modeling and service architecture
• Execution-oriented with a balance of speed and rigor
• Comfort with ambiguity
