Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their Platform team, focused on building an internal developer platform to enhance engineering productivity and scalability. The role involves tackling challenges in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and tooling, with a focus on leading large-scale initiatives and impacting the organization's software delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Kubernetes-based internal developer platform
• Automate cluster and infrastructure management
• Implement progressive delivery and multi-stage deployment pipelines
• Develop self-service application lifecycle workflows
• Lead large-scale initiatives across organizational boundaries
• Partner with product engineering to improve development speed and reliability

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Deep experience with Kubernetes operations (EKS)
• Experience designing Kubernetes-based abstractions
• Experience automating cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Crossplane)
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, Typescript)
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills
• Impact-oriented and self-starting
