Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to scale and transform their IT processes, focusing on systems integration, infrastructure improvements, and workflow automation. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining core IT systems, leading technical initiatives, and continuously improving the IT environment. This is a remote-friendly position reporting to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure systems
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies
• Own technical documentation and change management
• Monitor and improve the IT environment

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure (Okta, MDMs, Google, Slack)
• Strong track record of leading technical projects end-to-end
• Proficiency with modern IT operations tools (AI, automation, scripting)
• Solid scripting/programming skills (Python or similar)
• Emphasis on reliability, scalability, and security
