Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Recruitment Operations Contractor for a 6-8 month contract to manage and enhance the systems powering their hiring engine while the current manager is on leave. This role will support the Talent Acquisition team, improve processes, tools, and team efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to align hiring operations with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage key recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, scheduling tools)
• Identify workflow enhancements and ensure process adherence
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards
• Design and implement scalable processes (interviewer training, referral processes)
• Partner with Employer Branding Manager for talent attraction
• Collaborate with Finance, People, and IT
• Provide oversight to TA coordinators

Requirements

• Led recruiting operations functions
• System admin experience with Greenhouse, Gem, BrightHire, and ModernLoop
• Fluent in recruiting data and reporting
• Project management skills
• Collaborative partner
• Supported an internal Talent Acquisition team
