Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and strategy for their Claims Engine Team. This role involves building a modern, intelligent, and scalable claims platform for mental healthcare, from claims submission to reconciliation, leveraging AI/ML for collections, and collaborating with engineering and revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and strategy for Claims Engine
• Build a revenue cycle system for claims submission and adjudication
• Leverage AI/ML for collections
• Analyze and improve claims lifecycle infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering and revenue cycle teams
• Set product best practices and scale the product organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of healthcare product management experience
• AI/ML experience is a plus
• Ruthless prioritization skills
• Technical expertise in systems-level thinking and SQL
• User empathy and adaptability
• Team player with collaborative skills
