Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale their revenue systems and strategy. This role involves overseeing the alignment of Sales and Customer Success operations, defining the RevOps roadmap, managing a team, and working cross-functionally with leadership to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience scaling RevOps from Series A/B through Series C+
  • HubSpot power user with certifications
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics
  • Experience working with cross-functional GTM teams
  • Technologist with business acumen and understanding of data architecture
