Grow Therapy is seeking a Provider Marketing, Acquisition Associate to drive the growth of their national provider network. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting prospective providers through managing listings, outreach campaigns, referral programs, and paid marketing initiatives. The associate will collaborate cross-functionally and manage vendor relationships to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize job listings and outreach campaigns
• Launch and manage ad content across paid channels
• Develop creative assets with internal teams and agencies
• Test and refine acquisition tactics
• Oversee provider referral program operations
• Monitor referral funnel performance
• Manage vendor and partner relationships
• Track acquisition metrics and provide performance insights
• Identify process gaps and implement operational enhancements
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and lead flow integrity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth operations or performance marketing
• Experience with HubSpot, digital ads, and performance marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability managing workflows and optimizing for speed
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience producing creative assets a plus
