Job Description

Runway is seeking a growth-minded individual to identify use cases for their AI technology and help businesses integrate it into their workflows. The role involves full ownership of the commercial process, from initial engagement to contract signing, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospective customers
  • Own the commercial process from engagement to contract
  • Develop innovative applications for the software
  • Craft compelling stories about the technology's value
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers
  • Prototype with customers
  • Grow existing customer accounts
  • Share market insights with internal teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, GTM, or customer-facing role
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred
  • Curiosity for the Runway product
  • Passion for AI's transformative potential
  • Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Sales or customer-facing experience (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
