Job Description

Runway is seeking a Senior/Staff Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Product, Design, and Engineering teams. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, developing recruiting strategies with hiring managers, and contributing to various People function areas. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and focused on providing a unique candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process
• Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
• Track search metrics and provide updates
• Design unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies
• Participate in recruiting events and projects

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 2-3 years at a fast scaling software company
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Gem etc
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus)
• Ability to move fast and focus on impact
