FreeWill is seeking a Content Associate to create outreach materials for nonprofit partners, helping them raise funds through various giving channels. The role involves writing compelling communications tailored to each partner's voice and experimenting with different approaches to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

• Write communications for nonprofit partners
• Combine FreeWill techniques with partner messaging
• Develop experiments to improve best practices
• Understand partner needs
• Strategize with Content Team
• Create content for various channels (e-blasts, social media, etc.)
• Analyze data to ensure content effectiveness
• Stay updated on fundraising best practices

Requirements

• 1-3 years of content creation experience
• Familiarity with GPT writing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with faith-based organizations
• Nonprofit fundraising experience (plus)
