Job Description

FreeWill is seeking a SecOps Engineer to strengthen their security infrastructure and advance security initiatives, including identity management, Zero Trust architecture, and AI security. This hands-on role involves maintaining SOC2 compliance, enhancing incident response, and embedding security excellence into all operations.

Responsibilities

• Enhance security monitoring and incident response
• Support vulnerability management
• Maintain security tooling
• Refine security runbooks
• Expand SSO implementation
• Advance Zero Trust architecture
• Evaluate AI security controls
• Automate security processes
• Support SOC2 compliance
• Handle security questionnaires
• Lead vendor security assessments
• Maintain security policies

Requirements

• 5+ years in security operations/engineering
• Cloud security experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with identity management/SSO
• Incident management experience
• Security compliance framework experience (SOC2, ISO 27001)
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners
• Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Understanding of DevSecOps
