Nourish is seeking a Provider Growth Lead to design and build a full-funnel marketing engine to recruit new providers to their platform. This role involves defining strategy, establishing new channels, optimizing performance, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and passionate individual dedicated to improving lives through better nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a detailed prospect database
• Test, scale, and optimize paid growth channels
• Explore and experiment with new growth channels
• Design lifecycle and nurture campaigns
• Develop demand generation strategy and tactics
• Build provider marketing reporting and analytics stack
• Manage Provider Growth budget

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, with 2+ years at a start-up
• End-to-end problem solving skills
• Experience building from scratch
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Creative marketing skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
