Job Description

The Provider Recruiting Associate will be the primary point of contact for Registered Dietitians (RDs) interested in joining Nourish, managing the entire hiring experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. This role focuses on creating a positive candidate experience, proactive communication, and improving recruiting processes to support the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants
• Drive applicant engagement and increase offer acceptance
• Lead outbound recruiting efforts
• Manage the recruiting inbox
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve candidate experience
• Make process improvements based on feedback

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales
• Hyper-organized and skilled at managing high-volume processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for nutrition and wellness
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups (healthcare, telehealth, SaaS, or tech)
