Nourish is seeking an Analytics Lead to own end-to-end analytics within a business function, shaping the data roadmap, solving ambiguous problems, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role combines analytics engineering and strategic insights, focusing on building scalable data models and delivering actionable insights to improve patient outcomes and drive growth.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in analytics
• Deep expertise in analytics engineering (SQL, dbt, Fivetran, Metabase/Looker)

• Builder mindset with ownership and impact focus
• Clear communication skills
• Motivation by impact and mission
