Job Description

Nourish is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to build the connective tissue that powers their go-to-market engine. This role involves owning the strategy and execution of key integrations with SFDC, building analytics, and automating workflows for Sales and RevOps teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce ecosystem architecture, implementation, and optimization
• Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Gong, data warehouse, and other GTM tools
• Build automations to improve sales productivity and reporting accuracy
• Deliver insightful dashboards and analytics
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies
• Develop technical documentation and testing frameworks

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems, RevOps, or GTM engineering roles
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong technical background integrating systems like Marketo, Zapier, and Gong
• Software engineering mindset with focus on testing and data hygiene
• SQL experience (dbt, Snowflake a plus)
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
