Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of their core platform. The engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and shipping features, improving engineering processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems. This is a full-time position open to remote or hybrid work in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship products and features
• Drive improvements in engineering processes
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics
• Contribute to project estimations, planning, and execution
• Maintain and elevate existing codebase
• Write clean, tested, high-performance code

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience
• 3+ years experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude or willingness to learn
• Independent project ownership and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Desire to be involved in product and design
• First principles thinking and challenging assumptions
