Nourish is seeking a Product Lead to own the consumer journey within their mobile app, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and features that drive positive health outcomes. The role involves roadmap creation, prioritization, execution, and collaboration with various teams to deliver a seamless and motivating patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, prioritization, and execution for onboarding, engagement, and outcome-driving features
• Build a world-class patient experience
• Partner with engineering, design, patients, and dietitians to ship features
• Define and track success metrics
• Run discovery, user research, and rapid experiments
• Collaborate with the Consumer team

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years building consumer-facing mobile products
• 2+ years as a product manager at seed → Series B startups
• Experience shipping engagement and outcomes-oriented features
• Experience with AI-powered consumer features
• Analytical and data-oriented
• Builder mindset
• Customer-obsessed
