Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own the full lifecycle strategy across the patient journey, driving improvements in conversion and LTV through personalized campaigns. This role involves building and elevating lifecycle marketing from the ground up, shaping a foundational growth engine for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy
  • Lead and mentor a lifecycle marketing team
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across email, push, and SMS
  • Develop advanced segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Own a rigorous testing roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for product launches
  • Define, monitor, and report on lifecycle KPIs
  • Spearhead evaluation of engagement platforms
  • Track industry trends and provide thought leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience launching email, SMS, and push campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving core metrics through experimentation
  • Experience managing creative production
  • Partnership with product, engineering, and data teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and customer insights
  • Passion for food as medicine
