Job Description

Nourish is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to establish and lead their first inside sales motion, focusing on converting inbound provider leads and expanding into new markets. This role involves building scalable processes, leveraging automation, and collaborating with various teams to improve provider engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Stand up and lead the inside sales motion
  • Prioritize and qualify inbound leads at scale
  • Leverage automation to focus on high-potential providers
  • Test communication tactics and funnel design
  • Build routing logic and reporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve provider experience
  • Share learnings and define scaling strategies

Requirements

  • In-depth experience selling to healthcare providers
  • 5-8 years of inside sales experience, preferably in health-tech
  • Consistent quota achievement in a high-volume provider environment
  • Systems-oriented with experience building scalable tools
  • Comfort with automation and creative outreach
  • Passion for Nourish’s mission
