Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow patient referrals by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves identifying leads, activating partnerships, and continuously nurturing existing relationships to support the company's mission of improving health outcomes through nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Identify new provider partner leads
• Activate leads as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through regular visits and communication
• Contribute to the development of internal and external processes
• Shape educational resources

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience engaging with providers in BD, sales, account management, or partnerships
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
