Job Description

The Provider Partnerships Manager will grow patient referrals to Nourish by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams. This is a field-based role focused on driving patient impact through provider engagement and establishing Nourish as a trusted nutrition care partner.

Responsibilities

• Field Engagement with providers
• Prospecting and identifying new provider partners
• Converting leads into referral partners
• Developing relationships with clinic staff
• Contributing to growth by refining processes and sharing best practices

Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory
• Strong professional presence and influence
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
