The Provider Partnerships Manager will focus on growing patient referrals to Nourish by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams. This is a field-based role requiring proactive engagement, relationship building, and a focus on driving patient impact within a defined territory.

• Field Engagement with providers
• Prospecting and identifying new provider partners
• Converting leads into referral partners
• Fostering relationships with clinic staff

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role
