Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to lead and develop a team focused on scaling revenue through partnerships with healthcare providers. This role involves team leadership, performance management, and contributing to the company's mission of improving health outcomes through nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Conduct team meetings and 1:1 meetings
  • Review PPM meeting recordings and provide feedback
  • Implement performance management processes
  • Foster a positive team environment

Requirements

  • Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably at a startup
  • Experience hiring and managing salespeople
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Data analysis skills and Salesforce proficiency
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
