The Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish will lead and develop a team of Provider Partnerships Managers to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers, contributing to the company's mission of improving health outcomes through better nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PPMs
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Conduct team meetings and 1:1s
• Review PPM meeting recordings
• Implement performance management processes
• Foster a positive team environment

Requirements

• Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
• 2+ years of experience in sales management
• Experience hiring and managing salespeople
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Data analysis skills and Salesforce experience
