Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers
Hire, train, and onboard new team members
Conduct team meetings and 1:1 meetings
Review PPM meeting recordings and provide feedback
Implement performance management processes
Foster a positive team environment
Requirements
Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably at a startup
Experience hiring and managing salespeople
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and process management skills
