Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Senior Manager to grow patient referrals by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers in the Philadelphia area. This field-based role focuses on increasing access to nutrition care and requires a proactive, relationship-oriented individual who can independently manage a territory and drive patient impact.

Responsibilities

• Field Engagement with providers
• Prospecting and identifying new provider partners
• Converting leads into referral partners
• Fostering relationships with providers and clinic staff
• Contributing to growth by refining processes and sharing best practices

Requirements

• Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role
• Ability to independently build and grow a territory
• Strong professional presence and influence
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
