Nourish is seeking a Director to lead the strategy, operations, and team responsible for credentialing and licensing providers nationwide. This role involves building a high-performing team, driving process innovation, and partnering with various departments to ensure compliance and efficient scaling of the provider network.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Credentialing & Licensing teams
• Define and execute strategic roadmap
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to enhance systems
• Drive continuous improvement
• Oversee hiring and onboarding
• Establish and manage key performance metrics
• Serve as operational liaison for contract activations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations
• 1-2+ years in people leadership
• Strategic operator with hands-on execution skills
• Experience leading multi-layered teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for process improvement and innovation
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented
