Job Description

The Sr. Licensing Associate will support all licensing operations at Nourish, including assisting with day-to-day tasks, maintaining workflows, developing new processes, and ensuring a smooth licensing process. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and impacts patients and dietitians.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cycle of licensing applications
• Streamline existing licensing processes
• Develop SOPs for new state/provider licensing
• Assist in managing/uptraining contract licensing team
• Track licensing metrics and report on progress
• Provide support to dietitians and manage RD licensing communications
• Communicate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in licensing
• Familiarity with licensing processes and state requirements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Meticulous organization and detail-orientation
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new technologies
• Flexibility and adaptability
