Job Description

Nourish is seeking a dedicated GTM Recruiter to partner with leadership and the GTM organization to attract and acquire top talent for their fastest-growing vertical. This is a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting role with ownership of sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management, focused on rapidly growing the national GTM team while maintaining a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting process for field sales roles
• Partner with Recruiting and Provider Partnerships teams
• Deliver a great candidate experience
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals
• Keep recruiting systems organized
• Contribute to employer branding

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume sales/GTM
• Experience managing full recruiting process
• Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proactive and organized approach
• Excitement for a fast-paced startup
• Interest in developing recruiting skills
• Passion for Nourish’s mission
• Field sales recruiting experience is a plus
