Nourish is seeking a strategic and data-driven Recruiting Director to lead their GTM recruiting function. This role will focus on scaling the team responsible for hiring provider-facing field sales teams, ensuring ambitious hiring targets are met with speed and quality. The Director will partner with leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the GTM recruiting team
• Manage recruiting performance using sales-like metrics
• Partner with sales leadership and RevOps for hiring targets
• Establish data-driven management systems
• Uphold a high talent bar and culture of excellence
• Drive executive visibility and reporting
• Own key GTM recruiting KPIs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or revenue operations
• Proven success leading high-volume recruiting functions
• Strategic operator with system design and coaching skills
• Strong analytical and operational instincts
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional partnership skills
• Competitive, outcomes-driven mindset
