Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with the leadership team in attracting and acquiring top talent for all non-technical, non-sales functions. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with ownership of sourcing, screening, and candidate management, focused on growing the corporate non-tech team while maintaining a high hiring standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for corporate non-tech & non-sales roles
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs
• Provide a stellar candidate experience
• Proactively attract and engage talent through various strategies
• Strengthen employer brand & hiring process

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, 2+ years in-house
• Experience at a fast-growing startup
• End-to-end ownership of the hiring process
• Passion for building exceptional teams
• Data and systems oriented with expertise in TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime)
