Job Description

Sidecar Health is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a team of SDRs while actively contributing to outbound strategy and execution. This role requires a player-coach who can drive pipeline generation, improve conversion quality, and build a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team and contribute to outbound strategy
  • Coach, train, and elevate SDRs
  • Run weekly operating rhythms
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Analyze SDR performance metrics
  • Maintain operational excellence in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs
  • Model company standards in outbound work
  • Build repeatable systems for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing SDRs/BDRs
  • Proven ability as a player-coach
  • Strong coaching ability
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Operational rigor
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Growth mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
